Canadian Shipping Rates 

Free Shipping (On full-priced orders of $75 or more)  - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies but you can expect an average of 3-10 business days.

Regular Shipping  - $20 (On Clearance Items and On orders under $75) - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies.

Express Shipping - $45 - Your package will leave our facility in 1-2 Business Days. Transit time varies but you can expect an average of 1-4 business days.

You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Return Policy

Only items purchased directly from silva-canada.com can be returned or exchanged.

All returns and exchanges will be subject to a $15 handling fee and MUST be accompanied by and Return Authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the packaging. Packages without an RA# will not be accepted.

All shipping charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser, COD packages will not be accepted.

Full priced merchandise is returnable on any grounds within twenty (20) business days, for refund on the value of the products so long as the product, box and tags are in absolutely brand new, never used outside, re-sellable condition. This does not apply to sale items.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

Products in used condition, or with missing/damaged packaging or tags will not qualify for a refund or credit. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. SILVA is not responsible for returning items lost in transit.

Warranty Claim

SILVA only handles warranty on products purchased directly from www.silva-canada.com. All products purchased from another retailer, online or walk in, MUST be pursued at the original place of purchase.

SILVA Warranty Policy

Silva warrants that, for a period of two (2) years – five (5) years for Compasses – your Silva product will be substantially free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Silvas liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. If the product proves defective during the warranty period please contact the original place of purchase. Make sure to have your proof of purchase on hand when returning the product. Returns cannot be processed without the original proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by SILVA, or has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence or accident. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear.
