Free Headlamp Battery Compact 11.1 Wh is a slim Li-ion battery developed for the Free series headlamps. The flat design makes it easy to carry in your pocket, running belt or vest – for a lighter feel, improved balance and greater freedom during running or other activities.

Weighing only 96 grams, the battery is ideal for runners and anyone who wants to keep the weight close to the body. By storing the battery in your pocket or vest, you reduce the weight on your head and extend the burn time in cold conditions. The battery connects easily to a Silva Free headlamp’s integrated textile cable and charges via USB-C.

Slim design and reliable performance
The rechargeable 11.1 Wh Li-ion battery weighs only 96 grams and has a flat, slim profile that follows the body. It is water-resistant according to the IPX5 standard, USB-C rechargeable and compatible with all headlamps in the Free series. A clear 5-level indicator shows the remaining charge level.

About the Free series
Our Free series is made for flexible use regardless of model. You can easily move the lamp unit from the headband and instead attach it to you helmet or a handlebar. The more light (higher lumen) you want the more powerful battery you need to bring with you. If you want to use your headlamp for shorter runs or activities, a small battery is enough. But if you’re going to be out for a long time, it’s better to choose a larger battery and instead attach it to you helmet, to a handlebar or put it in your backpack with an extension cable.
