The length can be adjusted between 115 and 135 cm to suit your height and trail – use the formula (your height × 0.68) to estimate your ideal pole length. When not in use, the Z-fold design packs down small – ideal for travel or stowing in or on a backpack during multi-day treks.

These poles feature extended cork handles that provide a secure grip in all weather conditions and shafts made from strong and durable 7075 aluminium. The Blueberry system enables quick release and seamless transitions – no need to remove your straps. It works with both adjustable wrist straps (included) and gloves, allowing you to adapt your setup as needed. The poles have adjustable length with a flick-lock system and are compatible with interchangeable parts such as carbide tips, snow baskets and rubber paws.

The included wrist straps can be replaced with breathable Blueberry gloves in two sizes (sold separately). Adapt your poles to the terrain by adding rubber paws to protect the tips on hard surfaces, or larger baskets for snow and soft ground (sold separately).
